Through the contact form available at embediot.es/en/contacto.html we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, subject and message. If you join the LONTRA waiting list at embediot.es/en/lontra/, we collect your name and email address. We do not collect any other personal data through this website, which does not use tracking or analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why do we process your data?

The data provided through the contact form is used exclusively to answer your enquiry or request for information or a quote. It is not used for any other purpose, nor disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The data on the LONTRA waiting list is used solely to notify you, by email, that the product is available for sale.

4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given expressly when you fill in and submit the contact form or when you tick the acceptance box on the waiting list form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@embediot.es.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Data will be kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for as long as any resulting business or professional relationship lasts, unless you request its erasure earlier. LONTRA waiting list data will be erased once the launch notice has been sent or, at the latest, after 12 months, unless you request its erasure earlier.

Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Embed-IoT is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
